Unstable Transfusion gives your attacks a chance to apply Bloodmark.
Each copy adds +35% chance to apply Bloodmark when you hit an enemy.

How Bloodmark application works
Unstable Transfusion can apply multiple stacks at once, not just one. If you hit an enemy and it procs unstable transfusion, you can hit it a second time and if it procs again it will apply another stack of bloodmark which effectively ups the damage it deals.How it Stacks
Each copy increases your Bloodmark application chance by +35%.
This scaling is fully linear:
You can go over 100% in terms of applying bloodmark. At 200% you will apply 2 bloodmark stacks every time. Example:

- 1 copy → 35% chance
- 2 copies → 70% chance
- 4 copies → 140% chance → always 1 stack, 40% chance for a 2nd
- 10 copies → 350% chance → always 3 stacks, 50% chance for a 4th
