Thunder Mitts Megabonk – Explained
Thunder Mitts triggers when you hit an enemy: it finds all the enemies around that enemy (within a radius of 8m) and deals a lightning strike to every enemy in that radius. This deals damage and stuns every hit enemy for 3 seconds. This can be increased by the duration multiplier, but not with more copies.
There is a 10s cooldown between it being able to proc again.

How it Stacks
Muliple copies of this scales the damage linearly.
Example
Damage per enemy hit (assuming your level is 1, and your damage multiplier is unchanged i.e. 1.0x)
Cooldown does NOT improve with stacks
Radius does NOT scale with stacks (does not increase with the size multiplier either)
