Can you put in this or the luck section, what are the breakpoints when a tier of object becomes easier to obtain or maybe a table. Example: At X points of Lucks, Epics become easier to obtain than Rares.

The table showcases the percentage chances of commons etc and different intervals of luck. I'm not sure if you mean something besides this?
